Cookie Policy

Last updated: 18 August 2026 · Draft for review

The short version

These sites are deliberately light on cookies. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking, and no analytics cookies are currently in use. The only things stored on your device are what's needed to make the sites work.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website places on your device. Some sites also use your browser's "local storage" for the same kind of job — remembering things between visits. This policy covers both.

2. What these sites actually use

Essential

Needed for the sites to work — these can't be switched off.

NameWhat it doesHow long
Supabase auth cookies (sb-*)Keep you signed in if you have an account (including the admin area)Session / until sign-out
Cookie consent (local storage)Remembers the choice you made on the cookie bannerUntil you clear your browser data

Analytics and marketing

None at the moment. The cookie banner lets you set analytics and marketing preferences so your choice is already recorded if I add privacy-respecting analytics in future — but today, no analytics or marketing cookies are set, whatever you choose. If that changes, I'll update this page first and honour the choice you made.

3. Managing cookies

  • The cookie banner: when you first visit, you can accept, reject or fine-tune non-essential cookies.
  • Your browser: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (search your browser's help for "manage cookies"). Blocking essential cookies may stop sign-in from working.

4. Changes to this policy

If the cookies these sites use ever change, I'll update this page and the "Last updated" date above before the change takes effect.
